MOSCOW: At least three people were killed and more than 20 others injured after a bomb exploded outside a restaurant in central Moscow, Russian authorities said on Sunday.
Officials said a woman carrying an explosive device was stopped by a security guard near the restaurant before the device detonated. The woman was among those killed in the blast.
